Known through the years as "Miss Jane" to hundreds of former students, Mrs. Baumgardner has dedicated most of her life to education. She has been teaching preschool for 26 years, and has been the lead instructor at Lady Bug since 2005. Previously, Miss Jane was the lead Nursery School teacher at Trinity United Methodist Church, Eastside Church, and the Milford Assembly of God. Mrs. Baumgardner taught 5th grade in Kentucky many years before refocusing her attention to early childhood education. Jane has a Bachelors of Science in Education from the University of Cincinnati.

Mrs. Ehlers has been teaching preschool for over 17 years. Prior to teaching preschool, Miss Vita was taught elementary school in Connecticut and kindergarten in New Jersey. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Education.
